The About section is currently blank. Please update to include an accurate descrioption of this project.

Is there any update on this? I came in with an intent to contribute but the absence of description is little discouraging. Never mind I will start going through the codebase 🙂.

Also, repo name is very generic it can be changed to Cere Blockchain which is used in readme.
