A plasma blaster that can produce physical bullets from its own energy. Hold LMB for a charged shot.
While the origins of the tool are outside of alta production, a small alta energy tool production decided to give their spin on the style, in form of a handy blaster.
Race descriptions:
- Alta: This is interesting. Although I'm not sure if I would want to lauch something that painful at someone.
This blaster is presumably a part of a neo-series called Neo Laser Weapons.

- You've just picked up an alta weapon, or an "energy tool", as they call it. According to my database, these usually have an extended set of features. I suggest reading its description.
Neoload: A standard neo arsenal feature - press the button for short semiauto bursts of plasma, hold for a charged shotgun shot.
The imported mechanisms used in this blaster are able to concentrate energy and then separate it into physical pellets.
