Ability to white/blacklist blocks that can be drunk from/collected using a canteen.

The ability to configure almost everything compared to TAN has been great but if I could anything, would it be possible to be able to configure what blocks count as water so you can use it fill your canteen, or at least add Betweenlands compat.? Betweenlands water is technically "Swamp Water" and is a different fluid than normal water, so it's impossible to use it to fill your canteens then purify it.
