V1.0.0 Frist Release

This first Release includes the following things:

• Implementation for the new Version 7.0.0 of nightwatch-cucumber
• plain Nightwatch usage implemented
• Docker Implementation with one Grid and two Nodes
• Preparations for using Mocha as a Testrunnenr (but no Example yet)
