Temp fix for rrb vector problem

There's a bug in using rrb-vector in self-hosted ClojureScript, a temp fix:

• Clone the repo https://github.com/mfikes/core.rrb-vector locally.
• Change version to 0.0.11
• Install locally

Now it will use the new code.
