the only changes are that tests now pass propercontract debug spawning now only kicks in if you enable the
debug.citadel.contractspawningcvar (otherwise the unit test that deletes everything ends up with contracts spawning themselves in right after)bank commands are now locked behind admin debug perms
toolshed commands now have descriptions that may or may not be accurate
contracts and their subcomponents are no longer able to be saved in maps
