AI Vehicle Behaviour in case of tsunami

I think for a new feature in TMPE about some Vehicles Reroute by taking u-turn or reroute to safer areas to avoid being catched by tsunami.

*sketched below some AI test

if Tsunami_flood_front = 20-50m ;Where the tsunami seen from front side or the other sides
Then (AI_Vehicle)_Reroute ; The vehicle reroutes to safer area to avoid catched by tsunami
like some videos fig 1 to 4 about the Great east japan earthquake triggers traffic jam in miyagi to iwate around 30-60mins before get's catched by tsunami

Why would i want to evacuate cars in case of disaster. 😄
