ArcGIS Online GeometryServer

To run geo processes like Buffer in the browser, you can use an AGO GeometryServer. A City of Philadelphia one is here

This is no longer used in this project.

It was called by fillNearbyVacantIndicatorPoints() in NearbyActivityStore.js, because the AGO FeatureServer Vacant_Indicator_Points uses the projected coordinate system 3857. This was not actually necessary, and we switched to using Turf.js.
