Create a better experience for monitoring device status. The table and indicator elements should better reflect device status and provide more fine grained view into whether the device is sending data, registered, waiting to be distributed, etc.

Thank you for setting up this issue and the example dashboard link. Great ideas. I think we should implement this as a webCOMAND app because it will require a secure login and should be as close to the data as possible, for security and efficiency reasons. I've started work on that and provide more information and a link on Slack.
