As ClemBot grows, there is a growing need for communicating major updates and critical bug fixes (such as the threads mute bug fix) to server managers (as well as what they may need to do in response). The ClemBot feed is swamped with nitty-gritty details and constant updates such that most server owners would likely ignore it or disable it if they even considered setting it up at all.

Therefore, I propose adding a way to disseminate important and critical announcements to servers and server managers. ClemBot could send these messages in a channel ClemBot creates or the owner specifies if the server managers enable receiving updates of course.

this is something thats been on my mind for a while it wouldnt be a hard change/addition to be honest
