De-clustering method

This folder contains the functions to:

1. find_parameter --> Function to find the method's parameters.

2. de_cluster --> Fucntion to de-cluster a time series using 1) parameters.

3. Example_abashiri --> Storm surge time series for the example.

4. Implementation_example --> Script with an example of the use of both functions.
