  • updated for version 0.5.0-hotfix
  • temporary hotfix for Japanese localization
  • added /replace/zzz_l_japanese.yml to override the vanilla localization
  • 90.4% completed (decreased from 92.0%)

Localization for mobilization options were in the incorrect file. GFX has been fixed.
added required modifiers and modified the skill traits to make use of the new combat unit types.
- Stopped ARoAI error spam due to it not being able to calculate army power projection and naval power projection.
- Fixed various GFX errors.
- Fixed errors from commander orders.
- Added missing modifier types.
- Removed duplicate PMs in history/buildings.
- Fixed incorrect state names in history/military_formations.
- Removed duplicate armored fighting vehicle goods mult modifier in mobilization options
- Fixed errors due to conscription center PMs
- Fix to the GFX for the light ships in the military_route_graphics
… - too random files sudden;y weren't in utf8-bom format

No need to have a separate PR for this, we'll merge it with the 0.5.0 hotfix.
