SweepBright uses webhooks for publishing properties to your website. The webhook for publishing properties is responsible for retrieving and storing all of the property's information and store it in a database.
We've noticed that webhooks aren't always fully reliable. Especially when you're dealing with a lot of scheduled publications on larger or very active real estate websites.
We've solved this by creating our own webhook server which acts as a "man in the middle" between SweepBright and your own website. When a publication is scheduled within SweepBright it will first connect to our webhook server and afterwards schedule it for publication back to your website. One of the benefits of our webhook server is reliability by scheduling one publication at a time so that it doesn't overload your website, resulting in a time-out error.
