Hi,

I want to annotate a rabbit genome using human genome annotation. Can you please tell me which genome I should mention with the --ref-genome parameter while running the CAT tool?

If I understand correctly, I should mention the human genome with the --ref-genome parameter. And I can use the rabbit genome with the --target-genomes parameter. Am I correct?
