Chord spelling/naming convention consistency check

E.g., In file (Original) "Star Wars: Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back" there's a F:7/7; however in the file "Yoda's Theme Basic" there is D7/b7 so this is an example we have to consulte Harte docs and note the correct one and fix all files.

We can do a count of all chords and chord types to check for inconsistencies.
