Steps to determine if you should add content.

1. Is this content something that a teammate could benefit from?

If no - keep working, or ask a teammate what they think.

If yes - search top 3 locations similar content would appear in this knowledgebase.

If unsure where to look, ask #content-management on slack.

2. Does it already exist?

If Yes - revise existing content and/or start a discussion.

If No - share/upload* the content.
