Several of the data files containing test output seem to be incorrect. For example, the wild type variant has a non-zero score when calculated using wild type normalization.
I have already fixed a lot of these (all the random-effects model derived values were wrong), but the best solution will be to run all the test data through Enrich2 v1.2.1 and use this as a truth set.
