Go ahead with the issue. Maintain the folder structure as mentioned by opening correct PR and making a good one.

Thing is the topic u have chosen is basic. Can u try to include some other topics with it, any HTML topic should do. Else your microbyte will be too basic and contributors may not take interest in it.

But do not overlook the fact of making a proper one. Refer this and this if needed.

Hey, I want to include the whole HTML Learn But I don't know how to do it? like in repo folder is like form and table, so I thought we have to create folder for all topic like image, media and form etc.

U go ahead with what u want to make. Forms and table r already there so better exclude those. First make Ur image microbyte. Then try expanding into other topics like media and so on.
Don't worry much. But make sure u can deliver quality content. Maybe in a couple of PRs u can complete HTML learn
