[LFX-1095] Fix identity links to include project group parameter

This change updates the contributor identity links in the Identities column of the contributors table to include the project group as a query parameter. This ensures that when opening a contributor's profile in a new tab, the correct project group is referenced. The modification involves updating the member list table component and the identities horizontal list component to append the project group ID to the URLs.
