CryoGrid Community run files for GMD publication

This release contains the version of the run files of the CryoGrid Community model as it described in the article "The CryoGrid community model - a multi-physics toolbox for climate-driven simulations in the terrestrial cryosphere" which has been submitted to the journal Geoscientific Model Development.
