Go and install Java...

Download MultiMC

Get MultiMC.

Run MultiMC.

Select whichever Java install it finds and change RAM to at least 3072mb for optimal performance, although less will work. Don't assign more RAM than your computer has.

Add a new instance.

Select FTB Ultimate Reloaded.

Download and add this file.

Launch!

Connect to minecraft.cyberdiscoverycommunity.uk and get playing!
