Patrick, during your governance class, you mentioned we need better types of governance. So, motivated by you and Vitalik Buterin's blog post, we tried to make a contribution to this topic.

We introduce Neutrosophy a new type of mathematics that can help us to think, and create new governance systems, among other things.

We developed also NeutrosophyLib a Solidity library to handle basic neutrosophic operations (please, I need help to handle decimals in Solidity).

@subgraphdev On the sepolia testnet you do not need to pay real money you can get the free testnet ethers, but for the Arbitrum network, you need to pay real ether in the gas fee.

I have had an interest in being a blockchain developer for a long time but struggled very much when trying to go through your 30 hour Solidity javascript course last year. It was great stuff and you were responsive to my questions, but sometimes I feel my brain doesn't work the same way as some others and even after going through at least 10 hours of the Couse I felt like I didn't retain enough. perhaps partially overworking myself.

But I think that the main issue is that I need to get an understanding of what I'd want to do if I were already a professional. I am very familiar with things involving being an investor including things like liquidity pools and NFTs and how all that works. But I think the "Full stack" stuff and setting things like ganache, javascript, Ubuntu, and Visual Studio and all these other pieces all together on my computer were what were making me struggle putting all the pieces together without enough practical production.

So for one thing, do you have to be Full Stack in order to develop professionally in solidity? It sounds like this course is saying you can just focus on Solidity and that's it. Things like javascript always kind of messed with me but most web 3 sites seem to focus on mixing the two together most of the time.

You don't need full stack :)

And don't worry! I'm actually a slow learner too, took me years to get here. But as you keep learning, you'll keep getting better at learning! Don't put so much pressure on yourself. The most important thing is consistency. If you keep showing up and putting a little bit of time in, you will improve.

This course might be perfect for you, since it has 0 javascript, and is all solidity

i'm a back-env dev currently going through the js course from last year ( currently on lesson 10 )
i really like that course specially since i wanted to get more experience with js
but the new course looks really interesting, specially foundry itself has got me curious!
what do you think i should do? switch to the new course? or complete the js one and then go through some parts of the new one?
and for the second option which lessons of this course do you think i should watch?

If you're a web developer, you'll find it fairly easy to start the course. If you have zero coding knowledge, it could be slightly difficult, since you need to understand principles like inheritance.

There should be round brackets instead of curly one.

With the help of new keyword we mention that we are deploying a new Contract whose name is SimpleStorage and it returns the instance of the contract deployed. And as the instance will be of type SimpleStorage, so we assign it to newSimpleStorageContract of type SimpleStorage.
