Where did you get the "magic" numbers in your script from? #2

To initiate the device to send mjpg (which you can easily pipe to ffplay), you send some magic numbers to the device, where did you get them from an are there more commands to e.g. switch on the infrared light.

I explained in the readme file that i used an already existing script as a base. i just modified it a lot, it is even linked.
And then there is a link to the HA Forum with more information. just read.
I'm not too experienced in that topic. can you provide a userfreindly file or a guide on how to use ffplay with this device?
you can publish it on your own github and/or on the HA forum thread to contribute to the topic.

See my fork for a shorter adaption of your script that you can call with ./ap.py | ffmplay -
