Fixes Issue 89

Copy (arcpy command and geoprocessing tool) crashes ArcMap when it attempts to copy a feature class participating in a feature linked annotation feature class, but CopyFeatures works fine. Swapped those commands in def checkTopology and the tool worked as expected.

Both assets contain the same files. Choose the .zip version unless you have a specific reason to use the .tar.gz file
