Add MPD format event generators for 2x2 light data processing.
This PR is connected to the updated version of adc64format (see https://github.com/larpix/adc64format/releases/tag/v0.1.1)
Original ADC64 generator files were left untouched to keep possibility to run single module files from Bern.
