Updated libraries set for macOS and Windows builds. The minimum supported macOS version is 10.14 (Mojave).
An additional build is available for macOS Ventura users. Should work on earlier versions as well. The minimum supported macOS version is 11.7.2 (Big Sur).

Builds are not fully tested and may unstable!
