This is to honor the wishes of the playerbase (his name is foreveverplayer) and their hatred for stockings.

Actually stockings are a bit silly and dont look that great, but it got a point as class marker or something like it.
So left the roles as is, leaving the silk stockings craftable by a tailor (weaving)
But yeets the imports and regular cheap stockings craft recipe. (Theyre embargoed by the mechants guild for undercutting their pantaloon monopoly)

This is vital to appease the playerbase (his name is foreveverplayer) .

Seriously man? What is your problem? Why is this a good change? Because one person said so? Get a grip as the "Head Maintainer" and stop removing or limiting player freedom on your whimsical whims.

Is this what will seriously save Stonekeep from continuous 0 pop? Limiting stockings? Or are you admitting defeat for the project as a whole and trying to take down all the things that irk you in your last moments.

I don't know why you, Pig, would do something so stupid unless you're either admitting defeat for Stonekeep as a whole or just because you're retiring in 2 days that gives you the right to remove what you please.

I'm sorry but this is why people don't play, the fact that the coders and maintainers have such a grip on the code and instead of adding things they remove or limit things. This doesn't go for only you as much as it goes for all of us, myself included sometimes.

Bit of a yikes there buddy, ngl. You come across as rather salty about your TG stockings port.
If you were on the right track then adding stockings or the other slop thats been tried would have had SOME impact, but it had zero traction. None. Its marginal at the best of times so you choosing this hill to die on is peculiar but I won´t stop you.

I make no claims this or that would save SK, nor do I particularly worry about it.
You´re the one somehow trying to cast damn TG stockings for everyone as something of great importance, not me.
But whatever.
What I do know is the amount of stuff removed has been utterly miniscule compared to the original content and ports added. Theres also literally one dude playing and its not you, so throwing him a bone seems fair.

Sounds like you got some grieving to do over SK but Git really isnt the place for it honestly.
