Adds Fedora 36 & 37 VMs
⚠️ Note: this demonstrated that the docker injection (at least) doesn't work on SELinux as Fedora has SELinux enabled by default. To not slow down the testing improvements I disabled it in this PR but this is something to keep in mind and fix when installing the injector.
