  1. Updated workflow files to include Tesseract (renamed to feature-cicd, dev-cicd, main-cicd)
  2. Updated Justfile to make more organized and also added
  3. Documented dev flow to get Justfile to work: check the README at the bottom (starting with dev notes)
  4. Downgraded Numpy and pinned it
  5. Rebuilt requirements.txt using pip-tools
  6. i cleared out a lot of whitespace/simple linting errors but anything that i thought would be affected by refactoring i just put the codes in the .flake8
