Add documentation for content editors

The README for content editors is available in forestry as a "Help" section. It needs an overview of different content types, and of the general page -> section -> blocks editing structure. It would be helpful if it gave a visual overview of all the style options for header and section blocks, and displayed images for each of the icon options.
