/--no-group
and--skip-existing processing
options. The goal of these additional options is to allow for more control when processing larger sets of cases; in particular, this will enable incremental processing for individual cases, and subsequent creation of group-based statistics and reports.

Major update to version 2.0 of the fsqc toolbox:

With this release we change the project name from
qatools
tofsqc
, to reflect increased independence from the original FreeSurfer QA tools, and applicability to other neuroimaging analysis packages - such as FastSurfer. -
Changes include the addition of the hipopcampus and hypothalamus modules as well as the addition of surface and skullstrip visualization modules. Technical changes include how the package is installed, imported, and run.
