About the PR

Adjusts sprites so APCs can be rotated to better indicate the direction they are facing.

Why / Balance

This was discussed by maintainers and was overall agreed upon that it is better for communicating to players the direction of the APC.

Technical details

Maps should be double checked to make sure there aren't any rotated in unintended directions, but overall, shouldn't be an issue.
