Sidenote that the blast grenades were removed in #1636 . we all know about the friendship incident, however our MRP rules should prevent any mass destruction like that unless there is some REALLY good RP to it. |

About the PR
Readded Blast grenades (friendship incident real once again). and reduced the price of riot tech in honor of our oni players
Why / Balance
Blast grenades were removed a while ago, yet emagging a autolathe still allows syndies to print them. meaning that, realistically, ONLY syndies can use them, and not sec, which makes no sense.
Riot tech was made cheaper due to our oni players having even less options since the wield "fix", which makes them unable to use any form of two handed gun, shotguns included, which was confirmed to be unintended.
Technical details
Reduced cost for riot tech from 8000 to 5000
