FullScreen 打开即瞬间出现，关闭即瞬间消失，交互有一点生硬。

What does the proposed API look like

希望得到的改进

希望能增加一些过渡动画相关的API，比如 animation-duration: (time) 和 animation-type 能够设置过渡动画及其持续时间。
过渡动画可以考虑如下几种模式：

• expand: 从屏幕正中，由小变大
• appear: 透明度从0变为1
