There is a method in Indonesia related to the measurement and also prediction the impact in the community. It is called Reproductive Effective (Rt) measurement. This method is also mentioned in the WHO interim, besides it is mentioned as the primary indicators in other WHO regions, for instance, PAHO.
In this page I will show the Rt methods from several packages of R: EpiEstim , EpiInvert, R0, dan EpiNow2 which used to be a part of evidence based COVID-19 policy in Indonesia.
