This component behave exactly like the chip prop on the Avatar and is meant to replace it in the next major version. The advantage of having a specific component for this is to be able to use on any component:

We've introduced prop types with validators in https://github.com/nuxt/ui/releases/tag/v2.9.0 to enable autocomplete. Initially, this feature was compatible only with the default configuration of @nuxt/ui. Now, autocomplete functionality extends to custom values specified in your app.config.ts.
