Disabling or Enabling Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp visual 'move' prompts

The prompts are set via the lair2 Service Menu.

This is accessed by holding 9 and pressing the Sword (KEY_BUTTON1) button once the ROM boot process has completed:

Entering Service Menu:

Follow the prompts until you see the following screen:

Alter the difficulty setting from 1 to 4

*_{Note that although 1 to 4 is indicated - 0 is also possible}

On the other side of the COIN, we have this:

Here is the altered dl2_319.bin rom with locations changed as above: lair2.zip

This will produce a CRC error in the logs:

[game::load_roms@745] ROM CRC checked failed for dl2_319.bin, expected e9453a1b, got 1c649df4

The check is just a warning, but can be disabled with -nocrc in the argument list.
