Drupal 8 custom entity where a user is able to leave their contact submissions.

The module adds links to the contact page and submission list page to the User profile page for quick access.
Created My Contact Submission page with listing all submissions that have been made by a current user via Views
You are able to enable/disable Login Only functionality from the Admin UI
