SkoutTools is a project to create tools for the game "Skout", a 1999 FPS game for Windows.
Run SkoutTools.exe help to get a listing of all commands. You can use SkoutTools.exe help <command> to get more help about a specific command.
Palettes can be read from the current file or a palettes folder in the same folder as the SkoutTools binary.
