The Goal of this fork is to provide a stable metro version together with an (old) stable panorama control, until the Panorama Control is reintroduced by MahApps.

####What's different here, from the original MahApps/MahApps.Metro Repo? The Panorma Control is added again. We merged one of the older but stable version (without scroll wheel support for instance).
