I noticed something interesting with the recent apps, overview, window when using mlauncher.
I'm using an app called gestureplus which allows tapping the bottom nav bar for back, and some times i would accidentally tap it when on the home screen and i would see the following overview window.
compare to the standard below:
The gray is the system android 13 pixel overview (ugly).
The black one is somehow happening because of mlauncher.
I tested it with the button navigation and got the same effect, which i think is great — looks better than the system overview however you don't have "select text" and "screenshot" available but split window is still available.
How to get it?
I personally would love if the launcher could take over the recent apps overview window — Google's implementation is ugly IMO.
I've tested to see if i can get this to happen any other way but only via back button so far.
I also can't get it on Olauncher CF or Nova, etc. Only mlauncher.
