Unable to Select Network

Unable to select network.
The network is listed, but the Selected has a red X.
Tried right-click, no options.
So my ZeroTier Widget sits there with 0 all day...

KDE Neon
KDE Plasma 5.27.10

Update:
Figured out problem
I was expecting that the Add Remove buttons were for adding and removing networks from the list.
Perhaps a better choice of wording, would make this obvious for myself and others
Such as "Use highlighted network" instead of "Add"
