Can't log in GUI and got the exception "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" #578

Expected Behavior

Log in GUI

Actual Behavior

I put user and password and I got exception "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" AND NO LOG IN

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

Open navigator and put url to access ECS-CE
In windows log in I put correct user and password
I got exception "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"
