Drafting Landsat support

Landsat support - similar to the support for Sentinel-2 - is definitely one of the next milestones on the development roadmap of EOdal.

While this will still require some development efforts, there is good news: You can indeed use Landsat data already 🥳

The Python code snippet below shows how you fetch Landsat Collection 2 data from Microsoft planetary computer using STAC:
