pyxu-ldct-reader

Data loader that reads and parses clinical CT sinograms in the LDCT-and-Projection-data repository and map them to Pyxu's XRayTransform

Installation

You can install pyxu-ldct-reader via pip:

pip install pyxu-ldct-reader

To install latest development version :

pip install git+https://github.com/EPFL-Center-for-Imaging/pyxu-ldct-reader.git

Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
