Issue with the GPS widget's altitude #134

The LUA API at https://luadoc.edgetx.org/part_iii_-_opentx_lua_api_reference/general-functions-less-than-greater-than-luadoc-begin-general/gettxgps
states that the altitude is in 0.1m but this is not reflected in the TxGPStest LUA widget.

So the altitude is to be divided by 10 somewhere.
