Model wizard - German translation

I could not find a German translation of the model wizard, so I made one. The original version of the wizard, doesn't set the names of the ouputs. My verion names the servos like the mixers.
At the moment only the wizards for gliders and planes are finished. Regarding the degree of translation for mulitrotors, I'm not too sure. Maybe someone can assist me.

This configuration for German langueage was used:

cmake -DPCB=X10 -DPCBREV=TX16S -DDEFAULT_MODE=4 -DGVARS=YES -DPPM_UNIT=US -DHELI=NO -DINTERNAL_GPS=NO -DTRANSLATIONS=DE -DDEBUG=YES -DUSB_SERIAL=ON -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ../

German special caracters like ö are displayed properly.

Maybe someone likes to test it and has an idea where to put it, so others can use it.
