- invitation to slack
- instructions to install Rstudio and R
- instructions on which packages to install
- Instructiont for the project design
- Information on the first day
- Information on how we will work during the course
- Ask them to create an IUCN account
- ask them to create a gbif account
- set up a google doc to work on the schedule and the todo for daniele and me
- gap analysis which lectures and tutorials need to be updated from last time?
