Release with lots of changes:

• Icons from www.flaticon.com
• Executable JAR for Windows (not tested), Linux, Mac (not tested).
• Feeds list automatically refresh after updates
• Feeds list now shows the amount of unread items in the feed
• Moved autosave and autoupdate to the preferences dialog.
