Add
build_versionmeta key, renamecomponenttocomponent_dband replaceBRC4byVEuPathDB(orvpdb). Have replaced things only inscriptsandsrc/python/ensembl/io/genomiorealms (as well as unit tests), since I didn't know if other areas are currently used.Datachecks have also been updated accordingly: Ensembl/ensembl-datacheck#587 .
I have left aside changing all
--brcflags andbrc_modevariables tovpdbfor a future PR, once GenomIO has been cleaned-up a little (at the moment it is has to pin point what needs to be changed and what not).
